The family of "Manon" pralines is believed to be named after Suzanne, daughter of Jean Neuhaus. Suzanne Neuhaus was a well known opera singer. In 1942, she achieved fame in the role of "Manon Lescaut" in the famous opera "Manon" written by Jules Massenet. With all the richness of fresh coffee butter cream and a whole pecan nut decoration, this creamy white chocolate Manon, decorated with a coffee flavoured chocolate in the shape of a coffee bean, is one of the classics among the assortment of Neuhaus pralines.
